Albiana

Nestled in the middle of a forest, Albiana was created in 1936 in the southern region of Posavje by Albin and Ana Žaren. The name, “Albiana” is a tribute to Albin and Ana, who are the pioneers of this story. Initially the land was a mix of farmland and vineyards, but today 23 hectares are used exclusively for the vineyards and wine estate. For the highest quality possible, the Albiana vineyards have a low yield. Each varietal is carefully, individually monitored to determine the best time to harvest for each style of wine.
