Ronk Winery

The Ronk Winery is nestled in the heart of Goriška Brda, in the charming village of Vipolže, in close proximity to the Italian border. Spanning nine hectares, the majority of the vineyards lie on the Slovenian side, while some extend onto the Italian portion of the hilly slopes. With a long-standing commitment to sustainable and organic practices, Ronk Winery has embraced a harmonious approach to nature and grape cultivation. The vineyards thrive with minimal interference, as they flourish on marl soils (“opoka”), some of which host vines that have been rooted for over four decades.
